Authenticity	Q: Are your items authentic, OEM from the manufacturer? A: Yes, we have accounts with most of the major golf manufacturers, so all products are OEM.
Shipping	Q: Where is my item? A: We do our best to ship within 24 hours. Sometimes we may need to order from our manufacturers which may delay your order by a day or two. If we have to order there is a possibility that the item is backordered with the manufacturer. We will do our best to communicate with you in a timely manner. A: If your item has shipped and seems to be “lost” in the mail system, contact USPS/FedEx/UPS. We have no control over packages when they leave our possession.
