·       Postage - We provide free Evri Standard postage service for parcels and Royal Mail 48 for anything that can be sent in an envelope. You can see which courier is used under the postage section on each item. Should you need an item quicker than our standard, then this option is available to you at checkout for a small cost. In addition to this, should anything be urgent or need it faster than Royal Mail or Evri can provide, we can set up a DPD service at cost to you, just reach out to us prior to purchase so we can add the option to the listing.

·       Despatch - Orders are despatched each working day. All orders prior to 11am, will be sent same the working day.

·       Returns - We take returns as per eBay policy. However, any damage or modifications to items being sent back will be subject to refund deductions also per eBay returns policy. We know that sometimes you may not be sure if something will fit, we just ask that items are returned back to us in the same condition that it was sent to you.

·       Condition - The majority of our parts are used and as such will likely have signs of use and cosmetic wear and tear. We inspect every item before listing and ensure that any cosmetic defects are clearly pictured.  Every part has been fully tested prior to listing so you can be sure you are buying a part that works.
