Used personally with a PODXT and works well to switch presets using the four foot buttons and to adjust volume or wah (or whatever you want to program via the tooling).  I've only tested this with Windows 10.  Includes only the footboard and the RJ45 cable (you can really use pretty much any network cable, but I'm including the one that came with it when I bought it used).  Be aware that features vary somewhat depending on what line6 device you connect it to.  Running latest firmware as seen in screenshot.
