CONDITION:

In general chairs show some light wear for most part, but please note:

1. The upholstery is lightly stained and in a few places worn, but no tears or holes. You will most likely want to replace the fabric.

2. One of the chairs has a some damage to the back. Top of the back is cracked in one place and the joints will need to be re glued.

Two other chairs are structurally sound with only a light surface wear with one of the chairs having a small veneer chip.
