The map itself is clean crisp and unmarked except for a small area of scuffing at the bottom of the Railways symbols section.  The edges of the spine are slightly bumped and the top of the right edge of the front cover has some scuffing. The covers have the usual short crease lines to the edges. The bottom edge and corners of the covers have some creasing as can be seen. The photographs are of the actual map offered for sale.
