This 1993 MTH Hi-Way Henry has been in storage for many years. The toy looks like new but the attached key will not turn. You can however turn the right rear passenger side drive wheel backwards then release it and it will turn forward on it's own.  (See video) That said I don't think the spring is broken. I was told these never ran that great. But, a good looking toy for display. I remember back in the 70s and 80s an original one of these was probably $2,000+ and there were very few to be had. It was the "Holy Grail" of tin windups at the time. The right person or vintage toy repair shop should be able to fix this. Sold as is.
