Condition (Used): Lightly used tools that have been cleaned, inspected, and verified for cutting performance. Great value for hobby, prototype, and light-duty CNC work.
These are 2-flute solid-carbide end mills designed for clean cutting and reliable chip evacuation. Two flutes provide extra chip space, which is especially helpful in plastics and non-ferrous metals, and also works well for many wood and composite applications.
Best suited for:
- Plastics: acrylic, ABS, HDPE, Delrin (and similar)
- Aluminum and other non-ferrous metals (use proper feeds/speeds and chip clearing)
- Wood / plywood / MDF / laminates (CNC trimming, profiling, pocketing)
Also suitable for light-duty cutting of:
- PCB laminates (FR4, G10) (use proper dust control)
- Phenolic / Garolite
- Fiberglass / carbon fiber composites (use proper dust control)
