The camera powers on, the LCD screen works properly with no cracks, and menus display normally. However, when attempting to take photos, the camera displays a “Memory Stick Error” and will not record images. The memory stick icon flashes at the top of the screen.

The camera was tested using two different Memory Stick combo cards, both resulting in the same error. I cannot confirm whether the issue would be resolved with a different memory stick or if repair is required. Because of this, the camera is being sold strictly for parts or repair.
