Very Good condition as pictured. I wrote to many baseball stars -- most of them retired -- from approximately 1965 to 1988. I purchased address lists that were advertised in the back pages of The Sporting News at the time. I would enclose a blank index card and a polite letter and a self addressed stamped envelope. I would get a signed card in response I would estimate at least 80% of the times I wrote to them. The Hall of Famers would sometimes enclose their own signed card HOF postcard. This was in the era before Autograph Shows featuring various stars who charged money for each signature. I have sold many of my best autographs over the years and am now wanting to sell the ones I have left. Help me find them a good home.
