The book is in acceptable condition. Cover wear consists primarily of some random spotting , some scuffing, and some scratching. Text pages are secure in the binding. The first 23 text pages show a imprint mark across the upper corner tip area. To seller it looks like a clip was once used to mark the pages. The blank page opposite the front inside board shows a one inch tear from the open edge and a small spot. The title page and a small number of text pages contain some foxing (brown age spots). Remaining text pages are primarily clean and unmarked. Smoke-free.
