The most recent printed year on publication history page is 1959, but it is a later printing and we'd guess it was ACTUALLY printed in the 70s based on the $1.25 cover price.

Since everyone has different grading standards, we encourage you to examine the photos and note any pesonalizations, tears, discoloration, creasing, or any other wear.  We try to take good photos so that you can make an informed purchase.
