The left side of the front panel carries the raised ONKYO logo, a POWER rocker switch with on/off positions, and a Compact Disc Digital Audio logo below, along with NEXT SELECTION, DISPLAY, MEMORY, and CLEAR buttons located beside the central fluorescent display window.

The center section includes the disc tray area marked 6 DISC with FIVE CD EXCHANGE CONTINUOUS PLAY text, indicating the carousel design that allows exchanging up to five discs while one continues to play.

Pre-owned Onkyo DX-C380 6-disc CD changer with remote and original box, showing cosmetic wear from prior use and storage. Top cover of the changer has noticeable dust buildup, scattered surface scuffs, and rub marks, while the front right edge and corner show multiple paint nicks and small finish chips along the bezel. Front panel buttons and display area have light scratching and smudging from handling. The RC-343C remote controller shows typical handling wear on the keypad and housing consistent with prior use. Outer cardboard box exhibits storage wear including creased and compressed corners, edge rubs, and tape across the seams. The changer and remote have not been connected to power or function-tested, so disc loading, carousel operation, remote control responsiveness, and audio playback performance are unverified; only the DX-C380 CD changer, one RC-343C remote, and the original box are included, with no audio cables, printed manual, or other accessories.
