For your consideration is antique German Art Nouveau silver-plated jewelry box from the manufacturer WMF, dating to approximately 1900. Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik was a renowned manufacturer of metalware during this period.

It features ornate scroll and floral decoration in the Art Nouveau style.  The box stands on four curved feet and has a hinged lid with a decorative finial of two birds.  There are intricate floral and scrollwork designs, a lattice-pattern body and a central cartouche.
