I’ve never seen one of these before, but just came across it according to the limited information on the Internet this is apparently super rare and was only made for a short period of time. This came off a spotlight bass drum. It clamps from the front hoop to the back hoop and was made to mount toms, snare drum or cymbals. Not sure if the larger hex nut bolts or original.
