- All items are dispatched from our demostic warehouse in CA, GA, NJ or IL, America. Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders.
- Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time.
- If you're given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we don't offer a pick-up option.
- Please note: Some products maybe dispatched in more than one carton, they may arrive at different time. If you only received partial box please don't worry, contact us and we will tell you where are the rest packages.
- If an item arrives damaged, please provide photos of the package, the damaged item, the SKU, and the tracking label. We will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund based on the condition of the damage.
- If an item is damaged or missing parts, please photograph the issue and use the instruction manual to inform us of the part number and quantity. We will either reship the missing parts or issue a refund based on the situation.
- If you receive the wrong item, please include photos of the product and all labels on the package so we can verify the product details. You may choose to have the correct item reshipped or accept a discount to keep the item.

Please note: All returns must be processed through customer service channels. Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be identifiable and will not be accepted. For returns due to personal reasons, applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
