KCFamily Store Policies & Shipping Information

• Most items in our shop are secondhand from yard sales, estate sales, and similar places. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the full history of each item. That said, everything is currently stored in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home (dogs and cats).

• We do not typically accept returns, so please review all photos carefully for condition, measurements, and details. We do our best to note any flaws, but it's possible we may miss something.

• Measurements are approximate and often included in the photos.

Shipping Information

• We use recycled shipping materials whenever possible.

• Our handling time is 1-3 business days, though we do our best to ship as quickly as we can.

• Combined shipping available.

3. We'll send you a custom invoice!

If you don't see that option, no worries, just make your purchases and send us a message. We'll happily refund any shipping overages once your order is processed.
