Original
1937 menu from the Italian ocean liner
ss "Orazio", operated by Navigazione Generale Italiana.
Built in Trieste in 1927, the Orazio served the
Genoa–South America route until its tragic
fire and sinking off Livorno in January 1940.
This menu offers a rare glimpse
into the refined dining experience
aboard pre-WWII Italian liners.
