FOR PARTS REPAIR LAPTOP WILL NOT POWER ON

I tried a third party charge on it to no avail, there's no charger included in this listing. I have not opened the laptop completely to take a look inside. No signs of water damage, looks pretty good cosmetically. LCD panel looks good. Ram and hard drive are installed. The logo is peeling off about 50% but it's still hanging on - could easily be stuck back on.
