Be aware of the following:
* There is some discoloration, most notably the floors.
* There maybe some decorative pieces missing eg, see the second last picture, some of those vent covers are missing.
* There are a couple of small breaks, the last picture is the most obvious one with a piece of the window frame missing.
* Take care with the flowers, some of them are breaking.

These sets still go for big prices. It would be a great project to refresh and set up. The main structure and pieces are in solid order. It has the original wall paper and curtains.
