(The main photo demonstrates 3 of these shades in pendants, but there are two sets of 4 shades available.) Each amber glass shade features a melon-style silhouette with vertical ribbing — a sculptural form that blends organic curves with flair. The vertical ribs culminate in a rounded terminal that subtly protrudes at the base, forming a rhythmic series of raised nodes or bead-like accents around the bottom edge. These terminals enhance the shade’s sculptural silhouette.

Each shade is lightweight (less than a lb.) and semi-transparent, which allows the interior iridescent sheen and mottling to shine through. When lit, the interior luminates with rainbow-like flashes that shimmer across the mottled glass surface, as demonstrated in photos. The absence of seams suggests mold-blown production. The ribbed melon form and iridescent glow evoke Hollywood Regency glamour with hints of Art Deco revival, while the mottled amber finish adds warmth and texture. 

Although these shades were removed from 2 chandeliers, they are also perfect and ideal for pendant lights (as demonstrated in photos), offering timeless style and versatile application. Even though I'm sure these shades are vintage, I could not find a year of production on the chandeliers. According to another online listing for the same shade, they state 1970s, but after thorough research, I could not find any online listings with the same shade to confirm a date.
