Regarding ‘LCD screens with bezels’, the risk is relatively low. With simple tools, you can replace it yourself.
Tip 1: Test Before Installation
During testing, do not remove any protective films or labels. Be mindful of static electricity. Before attempting any repairs, ensure you wear an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) wrist strap. This prevents static damage to the phone's electronic components. Wear safety goggles and take care not to cut your fingers on glass fragments.
Tip 2: Simulated Testing
Screen replacements are highly delicate components. We strongly advise conducting a test prior to installation. Perform a simulated test: separate the phone (mainboard + LCD or screen), connect the audio cable to the new replacement, power on, and complete the test. If successful, proceed with installation. If display failure persists, contact us immediately. Do not force installation into the phone. Once installed, we cannot accept responsibility.
Tip 3: Avoid Excessive Cable Bending
Ensure LCD cables are not excessively bent. Bends exceeding 90 degrees may cause black display.
Regarding Warranty:
Post-installation display anomalies such as black screen, distorted display, lines, liquid leakage, screen cracks, shattered screens, or broken flex cables are not covered under warranty. Any display issues after installation indicate damage to the inner LCD screen caused by external force, constituting accidental damage rather than a manufacturing defect. Such cases fall outside our after-sales coverage.
Regarding Delivery Acceptance:
Upon receiving the screen parcel, it must be unpacked and inspected in person during delivery acceptance (personal signature required). Should any damage or quantity discrepancies be found, refuse the delivery immediately and contact customer service for verification and resolution. Failure to inspect the goods before signing, or acceptance by a proxy, constitutes acceptance of the goods as intact. We shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of screen damage after acceptance; all risks shall be borne by the recipient.
Regarding Installation:
Prior to installation, test the motherboard with the display cable disconnected. Should any issues arise during testing, halt installation immediately and contact our customer service team. (Damage occurring during or after installation is excluded from after-sales coverage.)
Please acknowledge the risks associated with screen replacement and assess your own repair capabilities. Products sold by our store are intended solely for repair purposes. We shall not be liable for installation costs or any legal responsibilities arising from alternative uses.
