Unless it is stated in the listing, shipping is not free. Most items are shipped USPS or UPS.   I do my best to provide the lowest cost and most reliable shipping available for your item.  Please understand that transit times vary with the Post Office, and items sent via a stamp have no tracking and can take 1-2 weeks for delivery on rare occasion. 

If your item needs special handling and materials, I may need time to purchase them, and it may take a little longer for me to ship your item.  In most cases, I will have your purchase shipped next day. 

 

All my items are sold "as is", I state the condition of all my items to the best of my knowledge, but I am not an expert on any item I sell.

 

Any electronic items I sell are "vintage" or pre-owned, so there are no guarantees or warranties.  I test some items when I have time and the ability to do so.  I don’t always have the necessary extra power chords or what is needed to properly test every device.  PLEASE, I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING! I AM NOT AN EXPERT ON ANY ITEMS I SELL HERE ON EBAY.

 

Any clothing I sell is preowned or new with tags from within my family, with the exception of some sports or band items. 

 

Most vintage items are cleaned on the exterior before the pictures are taken, but I do not open up or clean any new working items.

RETURNS:  Items can only be returned in their original condition.  If a new item is not working correctly, please contact me and I will be happy to resolve the issue.  Items sold for parts or used as-is cannot be returned.  Items that have not been tested will be listed at a lower price, this reflects them not being tested and sold as-is.  Thank you for understanding. 

 

In the event you receive a damaged item, you must follow these steps or I can’t help you and no damage payout will be issued.  First, take photos showing the outside of the box, inside of the box, the packing material and the damage to the item.  You must keep the box and all packing material in the event a physical inspection is requested by the carrier.  When the carrier contacts you, you must allow a physical inspection, or they will simply deny the claim.  Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  I have been doing this a long time, and I pack my items well, but accidents happen.  I am also very fair, but will not be taken advantage of.  If you follow these steps and the carrier denies the claim, I will refund your money regardless.  Your purchase of or bidding on this item is your agreement to these terms.
