The white analog dial has black Roman numeral hour markers, a dotted minute track, ornate black hour and minute hands with a small seconds hand, and Howard Miller branding at the center with Westminster Chime text along the lower edge.

The case is finished in polished gold-tone brass with flat sides, a stepped rectangular base, and a molded top fitted with a fixed brass carrying handle, while the front opening is fitted with a clear glass lens set in a gently arched frame.

The back features a stamped metal panel with small sound holes for the chime and a central access knob over the internal quartz movement compartment, designed for battery-powered operation of the analog time display and Westminster chime (battery not included).
