Ornate, sterling silver baby rattle bell and mother-of-pearl (MOP) teething ring from 1939. The name "David" is engraved on the bell.  Makers mark on the back of the bell is Webster Company of North Attleboro, MA and it is marked STERLING.

Bell weighs 0.255 troy ounces, including the clapper inside of course, which might not be sterling.

Nice antique/vintage condition.  Age wear includes slight dent on back of bell.  May have originally had link/hook to attach bell/rattle to ring but this is not included. The bell still rings/rattles.
