the with iPhone 3G and iPod models released in September 2008 or later.

Note: This adapter is made to fix the charging error associated with iPod that do not charge the iPod Touch, iPod Nano or iPhone. If the accessory does not the audio/video or charging features of the iPod you have, the adapter WILL NOT enable any audio/video or charging features. This adapter doesn't fit charging problem for PIONEER CD-IB100, CD-IB100II, and CD-i200 adapter.
