Unit is in fair condition! There are no major damages, however does have minor scratches and scuffs. Has minor surface rust. Knobs are in great shape! Dial turns smoothly. There is no cage. For the best indicator of condition, please see photos that are provided! Unit was plugged up to power supply, but nothing seemed to work. This could be user error!
