The thoracic vertebrae of a bison can be distinguished from other bovine species. So when I stumble on one in the river and I find individual bones that may not be able to identify between the species I can be confident that I am picking up bison. The thoracic vertebra is as distinguishable from a cow as its skull.
The sale includes the thoracic vertebrae and the tooth.
The bones have been stabilized with professional grade Paraloid B72.
