This listing is for a vitnage (2000) Fenton Royal Purple Yenowine Hand-Painted Votive; offered exclusively on QVC.  Condition: excellent condition (see photos).  It stands 2-3/4" tall by 3" round (at top) and is signed by the artist, "S. Stephens" (Sandy Stephens) with the "FENTON" embossed mark on the bottom middle.
