Liating is for an original postwar Lionel HO Executive Inspection Car , the envelope for the Lionel HO Raceway Game #6100, most components included in envelope and a set of 0310 billboards in original box (Billboards only, no holders). Manufactured in 1960, this is the version with frosted windows. The car is complete and undamaged; but not tested; shows subtle signs of handling. The 0310 box grades good, no losses but it shpws wear with all flaps present and attached.
