Taking into account the rarity and collectible nature of these figures, I try to be critical and detailed in my description:

• Displays awesome and all original! Very clean 8" scale size action figure - Green Arrow!
• Original body: Marked Mego 1974. Joints all tight, holds a pose. Arms/legs held in place firmly, good elastics. 
• Original head marked NPP 1974 (AKA DC Comics): Mask and eye paint looks excellent. Very minimal paint wear on the beard & hair.
• Original suit: Vibrant colors and very clean with rear snaps firmly in place. No rips, runs or holes found. Green vest/torso area has nice even color with minimal discoloration and spots - a common issue. Green wrist cuffs are present, in nice shape. Original boots in great shape with no holes or splits. Original soft rubber hat sits nicely on his head. Original belt/quiver pack shows no damage and or broken straps. Original bow look great with no damage.

Since we all have different definitions of "mint", "good" etc... check out the high quality pictures and make your own judgement of the condition.
