Returns
All returns must meet the following requirements:
Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.
Items must have been purchased directly from us.
Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Email our team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.
Receive RMA Number: We will issue an RMA number along with return instructions. Returns without a valid RMA number may not be processed.
Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the return form provided with your RMA.
Ship the Item: Mail the return to the address provided in RMA.
For returning the product you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days of receiving the return.
Refunds include the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Products

Exceptions
Unless defective or damaged, the following items are non-returnable:
