Barbara Bixby blue sapphire sterling silver and 18k yellow gold leaf and vine ring size 8.  Ring has 3, 3mm faceted round bezel blue sapphire with 5 leaves a vine, three of which are 18k over silver.  Ring is stamped both 925, 18k and Bixby.   Please email me questions.
