The reverse rod does move. I applied power to the locomotive and managed to get a half a rotation out of it and the headlights did light up. The 372 car is in good shape. The crane can be used as parts. Lot sold as is. No returns. What use see is what you get. Handling fee includes insurance for domestic shipping only.
