For Clothing I measure SLEEVE from Shoulder hem to sleeve hem. LENGTH from neck to bottom hem and CHEST from under arm seem to underarm seem. 

I do my best to check all over each item for condition. Looking for flaws, scratches or structural issues. I do miss things sometimes so be kind and reach out. I am super easy to work with if I missed something.
