You are looking at a Starbucks Barista SIN 006 Espresso Machine, this item is SOLD AS-IS, not working.  I have tested the machine and it does warm up the water but the steam nor the dripper work.  It is missing the portafilter and other accessories that originally came with it.  Is also missing one small black rubber feet.  

Body is in good condition, minor wear, some chips and scratches on paint, and no dents.  I believe you can dismantle this machine and sell it as parts.  I have an extensive variety of other items to list and don't have the time nor the knowledge to do that.  Please look at the pictures closely.
