This small lot contains 11 vintage tri-color cat's eye marbles manufactured by Marble King, likely during the 1960s-1970s. Each marble features a crisp combination of blue and yellow vanes suspended in a clear or white glass body, a signature style for Marble King's more colorful production lines.
These marbles exhibit:
• Distinct tri-color core - with segmented vane-like swirls in blue and yellow.
• Opaque or semi-translucent white base - typical of late midcentury toy marbles.
• Machine-made finish - with generally uniform shape and size, likely 5/8".
Marble King, based in Paden City, West Virginia, was a major player in U.S. marble production, supplying large quantities of marbles to toy companies and five-and-dime stores across the country.
Marbles are in good condition with minor surface wear. Packaged in a clear plastic bag with a natural raffia tie.
