Open box, excellent, like-new condition (except for the outside/packaging box), used only to upgrade to the newer version of Win11. It was a top-of-the-line model, with UHD IPS screen 3840-2160 resolution and top-notch build quality. Ended up not using it at all. It is set up with a local user account, but we can reset it to the fresh start page.
