Brand: Hemingray glass insulator plus unmarked brown ceramic utility insulator, sold together as a lot of 2. Style: Vintage telegraph/telephone pole line insulators, one aqua glass piece with original twisted mounting wire and one mottled brown glazed ceramic insulator with cement-filled base. Color: Aqua/teal glass and speckled brown ceramic. Markings: Glass insulator embossed HEMINGRAY on one side and MADE IN U.S.A. on the opposite side and around the base; ceramic piece has no visible maker's marks. Country of origin: United States (glass insulator marked MADE IN U.S.A.). Materials: Pressed glass with beaded drip-point base and steel wire for the Hemingray piece; glazed ceramic/porcelain with cement core and interior opening for the brown insulator.
