Up for sale is an action figure of Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, made by Mattel for their Masters of The WWE Universe toy line, which was exclusive to Walmart. It is new and unused- it is still in part of the plastic "bubble" from its original packaging, complete with all of its accessories, and has never been removed. 

  As with any mass-produced toy, there may be some slight factory paint imperfections, so please look at the photos- the photos are of the EXACT item that you will receive, NO stock photos.
