Easy installation:
1. Insert cargo tie down in any of the oval holes in the truck bed
2. Insert tie down Ring into the oval holes in the GM Pickups' bed.
3. Compress the spring toggle into those holes, then open and retain after fully inserted into them
4. Make sure the back plate to be flush on the bedwall.
5. Tighten the loop clockwise
6. If you want to remove, just turn the cargo tie down counterclockwise
