This is a "Ritz Theater" collectible wooden building from The Cat's Meow Village. This piece is part of the Series XII collection, introduced in 1994.  It was retired on December 31, 1999.  The collectible is made of wood and is approximately 4.0 inches in height.

It is a hand screen-printed "shelfsitter".
