And a leather mess knife sheath

The “ U.S. “ markings on the front ,

are as dark and clear as the day this pack was made

There is a crossed out solders serial number ,

above the maker name & 1942 date

No rust to the metal parts

No holes

Very scarce 1942 issue

It looks unused

just some minor discoloration from prolonged contact with the leather mess knife scabbard

A must have for even the pickiest of collectors who demand ONLY the best …
