Two types of dried persimmons are available for sale: 

1. Persimmons without peel. Before drying, I wash the persimmons thoroughly, then dry them, peel them, and only then cut them into thick slices and dry them. 

2. Dried persimmons with the peel. Before drying, I also wash the persimmons thoroughly, dry them, and then cut them into thinner slices so that the peel is almost imperceptible. 

Note: By default, I send persimmons without the peel. But if you want persimmons with the peel, please let me know. When you place your order, send me a message saying that you want persimmons with the peel, and I will send them to you with the peel.
