Vintage, dated March 2003, Carhartt S97STW long sleeve button-up denim shirt men's large. There's a few small bleach spots on the left shoulder area. See the last pic.

The shirt fits like a true work shirt. The sleeves hit well above the wrists. This was done in the past to prevent them from getting dirty. I don't know if this was intentional, but that's how they are. 3495
