Condition is Brand New and Sealed and from a Smoke Free home. The 4K Discs are Region Free and the Blu-ray Discs will be Region B locked.  This is a GERMAN release, so the book and media books will be in GERMAN. 

I am a collector myself and will package properly and will ship with care.  I ship in boxes with bubble wrap and padding.
