In good condition with no signs of damage or abuse. It has been tested and everything works as it should. No sticky buttons or anything. The sensor is mint. No scratches or fingerprints. 
The lens has a bit of fungus on the very front element. From our tests it doesn't show any image artifacts. 
Comes with the OEM battery and a third party charger. Other than that, it only comes with whats in the photos. 

We try to ship all items same day if ordered early in the day. After 5:00PM EST we ship next day and take great care in packing.
