Part play tested, cleaned with a spincare machine.

Record - VG (visually a bit ‘spotty’ as pictures show likely from water exposure. Plays very good overall with light surface noise that never overpowers)
Sleeve - VG (light scuffs and staining from water exposure)
Inner - G + sleeve (crinkled again from water exposure)

Note: I use the goldmine grading system as the basis for the condition of my records and CD’s, and try to err on the cautious side of things. Below is a description of what my gradings generally describe.

MINT (M) - perfect in every possible way, record still sealed with cellophane and handled carefully to ensure no tiny scuffs or creases to sleeve on storage

NEAR MINT (NM) - record will look pretty much brand new and play as new with a couple of tiny defects, sleeve may have a couple of tiny defects but basically look as new

EXCELLENT (EX) - the record will have odd isolated hairline marks under strong light but no serious marks. Playback will be unaffected and on par with NM grading. Sleeves will have one or two small defects present on a NM record but more pronounced.

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) - records will likely have much more scratches and marks than EX records but overall they will be light in nature, and not affect playback beyond some very light surface noise. Sleeves will likely have light scuffs, shelf wear and bits of ring wear but generally in fairly light/small amounts

VERY GOOD (VG) - records will have surface noise but fairly light and will not overpower the music but be more audible in quiet sections. I allow a few quiet ticks if they are isolated and not consistent. Scratches will likely be heavier at this grade. Sleeve will likely be a bit more worn in the spine and seams with more creases and foxing potentially.

GOOD PLUS (G+) - more ticks and pops potentially present plus surface noise overpowering the music a bit. Will still be a decent listen. Sleeves will have much more pronounced scuffs, potentially light tears and sticker damage to front or to rear.

GOOD (G) - surface noise will overpower the music, potentially loud pops and long sections of ticking in line with any heavy feelable scratches. Sleeves will have several significant defects and seams may be split or lightly ripped up.

FAIR/WORN (F/W) - records will have at least one skip or sticking/repeating point and potentially badly scratched but not always. Worn records will likely have many skips or have large sections totally unplayable. Sleeves will have big split seams, large tears and potentially chunks ripped off entirely in worn condition.
