Orders placed by 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), will be processed on the same day and promptly collected by the courier.

On most purchases we offer free economy shipping as standard, with the option to upgrade to faster delivery for an additional fee.

International shipping is available via the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP).

In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, we will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue and, once a resolution is reached, provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Return & Condition Policy

For sanitary and hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns on makeup, skincare, or fragrance products. Once these items have been purchased, they cannot be returned under any circumstances unless they meet specific conditions outlined below.
