1. Order Processing Time:

    

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed by 4 PM EST are usually shipped by the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Fees:

Item(s) up to 3 oz in weight will be charged a rate of $1.32 and be shipped using Ebay's integrated shipping method whether combined items or singular.

Item(s) with a weight above 3 oz up to $100 in value will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage 

If the item's value exceeds $100 there will be an additional fee added on to the shipping cost to cover the additional item insurance that is needed to protect your purchase.

(These shipping options are the minimum standards as the buyer has the ability to select whichever shipping option they would like)

Shipping Times:

1. Majority of selected shipping methods deliver within 7-10 business days.

Disclaimer:  On occasion, USPS may delay the shipment for any reason and extend the 7-10 business days.  Once dropped off at USPS shipping times are out of our hands but we will do our very best to assist in resolving any issues related to deliveries.

2. Holidays may also extend the 7-10 business day delivery timeframe and create delays with shipments.

All shipping will have a tracking number provided by ebay's labeling service.  If for some reason, the tracking number is changed; outside shipper is needed to expedite order delivery for product resolution, an updated tracking number will be updated on your order's page if a tracking was provided.  Rarely, there are times in the name of product resolution where an item(s) may have to be outsourced and shipped direct where there will be no tracking number to provide.  The buyer will be communicated to and any appropriate details of a 3rd party order will be shared.

6. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages 

On occasion, USPS will lose or damage packages and contents within those packages/envelopes.
