5. All our listings are well stocked in our own warehouse. We assure make shipment by registered mail within 1or 2 working days once receipt of payment. However, we are not able to control the logistic 100%. Below delivery time chart is for your reference . It may delay due to Holiday, Flight Changing, Bad Weather, Local Post Office, Nature Disaster or Local Customs Declaration. If it happens, please wait patiently. Return/Replace Policy:

1. Return and Exchange can only be issued on defective item or wrong item. Only exchange is allowed for wrong item purchased. Replacement item will be processed and shipped once upon return and inspection of the original item.

3. Please keep all packing material and contact us immediately to advise the item number, your ebay ID, and defect description within 14 days after the date of package arrived. We will process your request immediately.

4. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost and subsequent replacement shipping cost.
